wow! I booked with Sue hoping for some peace and quiet for a few days, and boy did I get it! a beautiful cottage looking into a spotless courtyard. A good few miles from anywhere meant no traffic or noise, apart from the occasional cow... absolutely perfect. I never saw Sue or any of the team, but there was no need, everything was ready for me on aaival. one text about a local chippie was answered within minutes, and it was a great recommendation. All in all, a great little place to stay, highly recommended!

Beautiful cottage, beautiful surroundings, very comfortable beds and lovely lounge / kitchen, was larger than expected! The courtyard was so lovely, very pretty, we had a lovely BBQ get together. Wonderful stay, the only little thing I would bring up is the shower was very weak and checking in and out timings were a little tight , checking in at 2 pm and leaving at 11 am would of been perfect! However, overall a fab stay xxxx

What a perfect place!!
We stayed in March cottage as 6 adults 2 babies and 2 dogs. It was very spacious with a large living area and large bedrooms with en suites,
Perfect location to explore all coasts of Cornwall. Beautiful surroundings with parking and a swing!
Good enclosed garden with a barrel BBQ rattan sofa and patio table for 6 .
Would highly recommend and hope to return .

Lovely location next to the working farm, and great space for long walks in the countryside. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us (plus 1 child and 1 dog) and house was lovely and homely. The location was easy to get to the main roads for main destinations.

Would definitely recommend the cottages.
Sue was brilliant from the moment I booked, got back to messages very quickly and very easy instructions, they were onsite if we needed anything. Beautiful cottage, very peaceful and relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay in Kocha cottage for five nights. The bed was comfortable, everything was spotless and the hot tub was heaven. Very well situated for access to both coastlines, we certainly intend to return!

Thank you for a fantastic stay. The accommodation was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Great location. The directions were perfect as it is a bit off the beaten track.

Beautiful cottage, private, peaceful and relaxing. Luxurious, clean and every little thing had been thought of to make it feel comfy, cosy and homely. Exceeded our expectations and we will definitely return. Couldn’t have asked for more, thank you!!!

From the moment of contacting sue after seeing the property advertised everything was superb , the attention to detail at the property was just sublime , bubbly on arrival a folder
Covering just about everything you might need the farm even delivers its own produce straight to your door should you need it , the accommodation was just right and if i had my son with me who is severely disabled it would have been great for him in terms of access and space . I felt so at ease and relaxed home from home with better views ! Will definitely be staying again Thankyou Sue
